I have an extensive resume with over 15yrs in Hospitality and Management prior to Real Estate and now 7 years in the Real Estate industry. I have since accumulated a vast knowledge of the Real Estate industry and with millions sold in the area, I specialize in the SWFL market including investment properties. Since I pride myself on polished white-glove service, etiquette, professionalism, communication, and genuine transparency as I care deeply about my clients, their goals, wants, and needs. Not only have I spent years cutting my teeth as a Realtor I am no longer a realtor as I have extended my education by becoming an Associate Broker.
Being on the ground floor at the start of Marzucco Real Estate, I have become a founding partner and one of the managing brokers and I am proud to say we now have in just 4yrs over $620,300,000 in closed sales volume, 4 office locations, and over 350 agents many of whom I personally mentor, coach, train weekly, and assist with contracts and deal negotiations daily.
